Our Vision

“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9). Our vision is to know and exceedingly love Jesus, and to multiply true Jesus followers in Richmond. It is our conviction that one of the most strategic ways to accomplish this vision is to initiate the planting of missional communities in which each member is growing and becoming activated in their faith as they go into the darkness and proclaim the great news of salvation through Jesus Christ! Perhaps this is one of the most effective ways for Jesus followers to begin to operate in their gifts and truly become who we were meant to be – a loving community of spiritual leaders who reproduce more spiritual leaders who go and keep reproducing, utterly transforming the world!
